How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID. Your subscription restores automatically.

Why isn't Apple Health data showing?
Go to Settings > Health > Science Fitness and make sure Sleep and Heart Rate Variability are enabled. Data appears after your next sleep session.

How do I delete my account?
Open the app > Settings > scroll to the bottom > Delete Account. All data is removed within 48 hours.

Can I change training modes?
Yes — go to Settings > Training Mode. Your history is preserved across all modes.
